Black and Indigenous communities experience of racism differ within and across ethnic groups. Intersections between gender, class, age and disability also influence experiences and participation in sport.

Implement anti-discrimination policy to ensure access to sports for all
Responses to racial disparities and discrimination require coherent and specific approaches at multiple levels (individual, organizational, structural)
Commitment to accelerating equality for all and creating an inclusive, accessible environment that supports persons with disabilities
Develop strategic initiatives to help drive diversity and inclusion priorities around market and culture in sports
One size does not fit all: achieving race equality in sport requires understanding of different experiences
